Duties and responsibilities:

1. Responsible for staff management, segregation of duties and responsibilities for the staff he/she manages;
2. Ensures that the procedures approved by the company General Managers are followed;
3. Responsible for coordinating and managing activities;
4. Responsible for monitoring and implementing all planned activities respecting the deadlines and budget;
5. Ensures that employees follow procedures in accordance with legal obligations;
6. Prepares periodic reports (progress and financial reports) and creates business strategies to meet the objectives that the company has;
7. Reports to General Managers regarding the managerial, technical and administrative aspects of the work process;
8. Monitors the work progress, analyzes situations, identifies problems that may arise by taking appropriate measures;
9. Performs risk analysis and management;
10. Other duties and responsibilities delegated to him/her by the General Managers.

Qualifications:

1. Has completed higher education;
2. Has excellent leadership, organizational, analytical and coordination skills;
3. Has excellent interpersonal communication skills in writing and speaking;
4. Has very good knowledge of English language (other languages are an advantage);
5. Has a minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar profiles;
6. Has good knowledge in the field of technology;
7. Has very good knowledge of MS Office package;
8. Possess a driving license of category B.

Duties and responsibilities:

1. Introduces and sells the company’s products to new and existing customers;
2. Achieves the monthly objectives set by the company;
3. Implements company policies and procedures;
4. Ensures the smoothness/audit of billing, contact, or other processes assigned to him/her;
5. Monitors the market and collects information for periodic reporting;
6. Seeks new potential clients;
7. Prepares reports on activities and sales;
8. Undertakes and coordinates action plans to increase sales with existing customers and finds new customers, via telephone, email, marketing campaigns, social networks and meetings;
9. Identifies and resolves customer concerns in a timely manner;
10. Maintains regular relations with clients and makes regular visits near their premises.

Qualifications:

1. Has completed higher education (preferably management, marketing);
2. Has very good communication skills and works in team;
3. Has very good knowledge of English language (other languages are an advantage);
4. Has negotiating skills;
5. Has very good knowledge of Windows Office Package (Word, Excel, Power Point);
6. Possess a driving license of category B;
7. Has knowledge of the financial program Finance 5;
8. Has a minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales.
